Associate Analyst - Real Estate (18-22k)

Their client is hiring an Associate Analyst for their Global Real Estate team, based in Dubai, with a focus on the US and European markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deal Sourcing and Initial Underwriting
- Financial Modeling and Due Diligence
- Stakeholder Communication and Networking
- Compliance Oversight and Process Adherence

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Real Estate, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in equity investments and asset management in the US/Europe
- Proficiency in financial modeling and market research
- Strong command of the English language is a MUST - Arabic will be a plus!
- Open to candidates from outside the UAE
